Return Shipping Costs

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the issue.
Once approved, Lily Closet may provide a return shipping reimbursement of up to $15 USD, subject to review and verification.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return an item due to:

Accidental purchase;
the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other customer-related delivery issue:

One complimentary re-shipment may be offered after the correct delivery information is provided.

Any additional failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information may result in the package being disposed of by the shipping carrier.

After Shipment

Exchanges
Due to inventory limitations, we are generally unable to offer direct exchanges.
