Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return period, which means you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation;

  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photographs of the issue.

Once approved, Lily Closet may provide a return shipping reimbursement of up to $15 USD, subject to review and verification.


Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return an item due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size;

  • Changing your mind;

  • Personal preference;

  • Accidental purchase;

the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other customer-related delivery issue:

  • One complimentary re-shipment may be offered after the correct delivery information is provided.

  • Any additional failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information may result in the package being disposed of by the shipping carrier.

  • In such cases, refunds or replacements may not be available.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products;

  • Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale;

  • Mystery or blind-box products;

  • Certain footwear products after shipment has been processed.

How to Request a Return

  • Clear photographs showing the item in its current condition;

  • Proof of purchase.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns to any address shown on the original package unless instructed to do so by our support team.

After shipping the return, please provide the tracking number for reference.


Inspection & Processing

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection typically takes 3–6 business days;

  • Refund processing may require up to 14 business days;

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.


Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

A small administrative and payment processing fee of 3% may be deducted from the refund amount.

After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Customers must wait until delivery and then follow the standard return procedure if eligible.


Exchanges

Due to inventory limitations, we are generally unable to offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend:

  1. Placing a new order for the desired item.

  2. Submitting a return request for the original item, if eligible.


Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable;

  • Return shipping expenses are non-refundable unless otherwise approved;

  • Taxes, duties, customs fees, and handling charges are non-refundable where permitted by law;

  • Promotional discounts may affect the final refund amount.

Refund amounts will be calculated based on the amount actually paid after discounts, promotions, or store credits have been applied.


Store Credit

If store credit is issued:

  • It cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • It is non-transferable;

  • Additional return benefits may not apply to purchases made entirely with store credit.


Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
